By using our messaging features, you agree to:

• Not use the platform to send illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Maintain accurate sender identification in all communications

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Kkiokio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to content you create using the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kkiokio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
